1. Responds to requests for land survey information supervises staff engaged in researching and preparing requested information oversees the billing procedures.
2. Should maintain good public relation
3. Should have knowledge in Autocad Drawings & Contonous Mapping
4. Should have good relationship with government nodes.
5. Supervises the microfilming, imaging, and copying of land survey documents to ensure that archival quality is produced.
6. Manages the operation of the research and document distribution unit which includes accounting, personnel, and equipment maintenance.
7. Researches land survey repository records provides land survey records and registered government corner documents to the profession and public.
8. Strong Knowledge in Land Development
9. Maintenance of all relevant government norms in handling large areas
10. Researches and distributes horizontal latitude and longitude and vertical elevation control data to the public.
11. Perform field surveying to obtain data for base plans.
12. Responsible for Land accounting
13. Should maintain Rain fed agriculture
14. Strong knowledge in Acquisition, evacuation and cleaning
15. Assist in the preparation of land development plans and correspondence
